A: While material costs vary you will need to review and set a budget your are comfortable with.

- Standard 10’ x 10’ open beam Pergola is $4,750 estimated.
- Standard 12’ x 12’ Gazebo with tile roof, sheet rock ceiling, ceiling fan with light is $9,300 estimated.
- Includes Auto CAD design drawings and permits where applicable.
